How to register
Check you live within the boundary area
To access our registration process, first check you are in our catchment area. If you have any questions about your eligibility to join this surgery please contact us.
Out-of-area
We do not currently accept new registrations outside of our catchment area.
Your named GP
Every patient that is registered at the practice is allocated a named GP on registration with the practice. This GP is responsible for a patients overall care at the practice. If you wish to know who your allocated GP is then please do ask at reception.
If you would prefer to have a different GP as your named allocated GP, then please do let us know. If we are able to accommodate your request we will change this on your medical records. You do not have to see the allocated named GP you have been given.
